The governor of Illinois Jay Robert Pritzker has a tax proposal that would significantly increase the tax rate for higher income earners. One of Illinois' wealthiest residents Ken Griffin donated 20 million to campaign against this proposal. We discuss the problems with this tax proposal as well as answer and email question from Sally.
